Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what's expected from everyone using the Platform — students, parents/guardians, and teachers — so it stays a safe, respectful place to learn. It works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. For everyone

• Use your own account. Don't share your password with other students, and don't try to access anyone else's account.
• Use the Platform for its intended purpose: learning about money, budgeting, saving, and how investing works, through the lessons, quizzes, and simulated companies it provides.
• Don't try to disrupt, hack, or overload the Platform, or attempt to bypass any of its security features.
• Be respectful. Don't use any part of the Platform to harass, threaten, or be unkind to anyone else.
• Nobody from this Platform — no host character, no message, no email — will ever genuinely ask you for your password. If anything claiming to be from us asks you for it, that is not really us; please tell a trusted adult and, if possible, let us know too (see contact details in our Terms & Conditions).

2. For students

• Everything you do on the Platform is educational, using simulated (pretend) money — never real money. See our Investment & Educational Content Disclaimer for more.
• If something on the Platform confuses you, worries you, or doesn't feel right, tell a trusted adult — a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• If you're using the Platform through your school, your teacher may be able to see your progress (like which lessons you've completed and your quiz scores) as part of managing the class.

3. For parents and guardians

• A parent or guardian's awareness and consent is required before a student account can be created (see our Privacy Policy, Section 4, for exactly how that works).
• You're welcome to sit with your child while they use the Platform, and we encourage reviewing our Investment Disclaimer together, so the "simulated investing" concept is clear from the start.
• You can request to review, or request deletion of, your child's account and data at any time — see our Privacy Policy, Section 9, for how.

4. For teachers

• If you're using class features (like a class code), you're responsible for making sure your students understand and follow this policy, and for supervising their use of the Platform in your classroom in an age-appropriate way.
• You may be able to see your students' progress and activity within your class — please use that access only for the purpose of supporting their learning, not for any other purpose.
• If you become aware of a student misusing the Platform, or of any content or behavior that concerns you, please let us know (see our Terms & Conditions for contact details).

5. What happens if this policy isn't followed

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly violates this policy. For a student account, we'll make reasonable efforts to let the associated parent/guardian or teacher know, where applicable.

6. Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you (and, for a student, your parent/guardian by giving consent at sign-up) agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy.
